Kickboxing

KickBoxing is a 3 part program.
Part 1: Warm up. This focuses on blood flow, flexibility and injury prevention.
Part 2: Shadow Boxing. Shadow boxing is punching, kicking and moving without striking an object. This works on your technique, joint strength and cardio.

Part 3: Pad and Bag work. Now we get to hit stuff! =] Controlled punches and kicks With partners and on heavy bags. This builds muscle, increases strength and stamina and most of all, tones you up. 
Side effects may include: fat loss, feeling great, learning self defense and being AWESOME!
