Taekwondo

Strengthen your body and your mind. This class is split by age and experience level.

  • Junior class: 6-12 years old

  • Teen class: 13-18 years old

  • Adults: 18+ years old

Taekwondo is an individual team sport. What does that mean? You will learn at your own pace, at your own ​

fitness level with a team supporting you and pushing you to succeed.

In this class you will learn:

  • Basic strikes and kicks

  • Combinations

  • Self defense

  • Hand eye coordination, balance and confidence
